The film follows a family of three women in the early 90's—two sisters, Nova and Tina, and their Aunt Cady. As they navigate living apart for the first time, Nova and Tina learn that their bond is much like the music that is so deeply ingrained in their lives.

Working directly with production designer Louis Hand, I researched and crafted graphic props (tea packets and calendars) that aided visuals of the scene and help drive the narrative. This short film was directed, written, and produced by Aastha Kannan.
